Bringing experience from several industries including health care, luxury retail and the beauty industry, Ashley launched her real estate career with a service mindset and a goal of creating an exceptional experience for both her clients, as an agent, and for her team as a leader. As a local business owner in Sarasota for over a decade, Ashley has been dedicated to community relationship building as well as the personal and professional development of the people on her team. She has served as President and event chair for local non-profit, Donors of Distinction, an organization which fundraises and provides grants to a variety of local non-profits for specific projects.

It was the promise of opportunity that drew Ashley to the real estate industry, and ultimately the values of God, Family, then Business that brought her to her home at Keller Williams. At KW, she partnered with her long-time friend, Dawnelle Lanners to build first their residential real estate team, Legacy Home Connection, and then their commercial real estate team, Legacy Commercial Connection, with partner Gavin Oberlin. Recently, Ashley and Dawnelle became the majority owners of Keller Williams Classic Group and she took on her newest role as Operating Principal of the market center.

As an agent, owner of multiple businesses, leader in her church, wife to her husband Steve and a mom of 4, Ashley embraces the KW principle of Life By Design and encourages those around her to pursue their purpose and potential in all aspects of life.
